Edith is a registered physiotherapist practicing in orthopaedics and pelvic health. She holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science Hons Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. Edith uses a combination of techniques such as education, manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture, and exercise prescription to help her clients reach their unique goals. She believes empowering patients to be actively involved in their care is essential to a successful outcome. Edith’s passion for physiotherapy started with her involvement in running, and swimming at a young age-leading to several of her own injuries. As a patient, she enjoyed working together with her physiotherapist to achieve recovery. As a physiotherapist, she continues to put into practice this concept of teamwork to help her clients achieve their goals. She has completed additional training in Pelvic Health Solutions, Athletic Movement Assessment, Introduction to Acupuncture and Dry Needling, The Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy – Level 1, and Soft Tissue Release.
