Anes is a resident physiotherapist who is dedicated to providing evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of each patient. He completed both his Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa, where he developed a strong foundation in movement science, rehabilitation, and patient-centered practice. His approach emphasizes combining clinical knowledge, exercise rehabilitation, and manual therapy to optimize patient recovery and function. Anes also offers physiotherapy services in both French and English, ensuring accessible and inclusive care for a diverse range of patients.
With two years of experience working as a personal trainer at the University of Ottawa, Anes brings a unique perspective to exercise prescription and rehabilitation. His background in strength training and biomechanics complements his physiotherapy practice, allowing him to create effective and personalized treatment plans. He has also completed Level 1 of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Program through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopaedic Division, and is eager to continue expanding his knowledge through additional post-graduate training.
Outside of clinical practice, Anes is passionate about health and fitness, often spending his free time working out and practicing calisthenics. This personal dedication to physical activity not only strengthens his understanding of human movement but also fuels his commitment to helping others achieve their functional goals. Motivated to continuously learn and grow, Anes is enthusiastic about advancing his expertise and contributing to the well-being of his patients.
