Abbey is a resident physiotherapist practicing in orthopaedics. Her educational background includes a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, which she earned after completing her Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Kinesiology. Abbey has completed her Functional Dry Needling Level 1 through Evidence in motion. Abbey believes in the importance of an active lifestyle and combines exercise, manual therapy, dry needling and education to equip clients with the necessary tools to understand and manage injuries and conditions. She believes in working with her clients as important participants in their own recovery.
